By enrolling in the XLXP Solutions tradeline program, you agree to the following terms:

The program is for credit-building and educational purposes.
Timely monthly payments are required to maintain reporting status.
All deposits are non-refundable.
You authorize XLXP to report your tradeline and payment data.
Results are not guaranteed; individual credit outcomes may vary.
Annual renewal deposit is required after the 12-month term to continue reporting.

Violations of these terms may result in termination of reporting or participation.
